Orders are not shipped until payment is received! If you live in the area and would like to pick up your order, please call or email us to make arrangements for pick up of your order. On orders picked up, we will reimburse any shipping fees paid through the cart at the time of pick up. Or you can email us your order and we will send an invoice with no shipping fees for payment or you can mail a check or money order. All orders must be pre-paid. If you are not satisfied with our product, return it in it's original condition for a full refund less shipping charges within 2 weeks of purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order. All products will be sent either USPS Priority Mail or UPS. No Exceptions. Tennessee residents will be charged 9.25% sales tax.

SUMMER SHIPPING: We ship during the summer months, but it is shipped at the Buyers RISK. We take the utmost care in packaging your shipment. But however, in the summer months, we cannot protect against possible melting. We only ship on Mondays to ensure that your product does not sit on a "Hot" truck all weekend.
